Our Purpose

We wake up, go to work, go home, go to bed, wake up, and do it all over again.

For the most part, many of us are sleepwalking through life. Why is it so hard to drop the distractions, get out of our ruts, put down our cellphones, and carve out a little time to quiet our minds?

The short answer: life is complicated and full of challenges. But when we buy into that belief, we rob ourselves from living a more fulfilling, authentic life. What if we live life awake? Truly awake.

What if we could easily create a space, wherever and whenever, to shed the outside world and invite in a world that inspires us?

The rewards might be amazing. We’d feel more peaceful. Have greater creativity. We’d be less reactive and more proactive. We’d let go of the mind chatter and come from the heart.

We’d have access to a part of ourselves that has the power to help enrich our lives. And we’d connect with others more deeply, too. Because when we have the space, the tools, and the power to raise our awareness, we can truly begin to transform.

And that’s when our days begin to transform. And life transforms. Who knows, maybe the planet will transform right along with us. It’s time to awaken to a greater version of ourselves and a greater world around us.

It’s time to live life awake.

Medation 101

First of all lets get a few things straight. Meditation is not a religion or Philosophy it’s a practice. So stop judging…lol! I believe a day will soon come when the hippy dippy stereotypes of meditation will be replaced by scientific evidence and the benefits of meditation. Meditation will become part of every human beings daily routine like brushing your teeth or combing your hair. The science and results are just too compelling to be ignored. From reducing anxiety and depression to lowering blood pressure, cholesterol and increasing the immune system. Meditation is a force to be reckoned with. We function at higher levels when we meditate regularly.
